module-info class files are excluded automatically, the JPMS module system reads them by strict convention.

module-info descriptor classes are excluded from renaming and nativization. The Java Platform Module System resolves a module's declared name, exports, and requires relationships directly from this class in a fixed shape that a general bytecode transform should not touch.
